Superb modern apartment 50 m2 "feet in the water" surrounded by the sea "mar Menor" and the
mediterranean make this place unique in Europe. 2 Pools and 2 jacuzzis await you as well as a children’s pool. The apartment is fully equipped oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc.
it has heating and air conditioning distributed by modern and discreet grids. Two large windows in the dining room and the bedroom give you the impression of diving in turquoise water (see photos). A large sofa bed serves as a double bed.The pools are free of charge, cleaned and supervised at all times. There is an underground parking lot n°66 attributed to the apartment nice to know that a place awaits you in order to park his car in the shade. The apartment is located at km 17 along an extensive cordon along about 24 km between Cabo de Palos and Punta del Mojón, thus establishing the natural boundaries to this salt water lagoon known as Mar Menor. Its beaches are considered to be true open-air spas thanks to the hyper-saline waters of El Mar Menor and the benefits of its sludge. All shops, food, souvenirs, restaurants, etc are nearby. The city of Cartagena at 30 kms and its Roman ruins to see absolutely. To consume without moderation!!!
